Students use Ipads to record their book club conversations. These videos are reviewed by students at the start of the following book meeting. Learners reflect on their own performance/preparation, and then immediately make adjustments to their participation in book club conversation based on the reflection.
The teacher also has access to the videos, which upon review, create opportunities to gather data on both individual and group preparation / performance.
-Students use a handout, provided by T, to guide the written aspect of the reflection.
